Jérôme Poulin db6b584d96 remove glibc from depenendencies as it causes issues building deb 
As mentioned by zfogg and per documentation from
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD it is written explicitely that
glibc isn't to be listed in dependencies as it can't be uninstalled from
the system.
